Thank you for sharing your story, Monroe. Your energy, drive, and determination helps so many of us in more ways than you'll ever know. Keep moving onward and upward sis!
Mic drop at the end! "If this sounds familiar, you're not weak, you're paying attention." Very well said! Thank you for sharing your story, beautiful lady ♡
Thank you for sharing your experience as a provider in healthcare. I’ve spent 14 years in this industry (still in it 😔) and recently went through an organizational restructure that prompted a lot of self-reflection. It challenged my sense of worth, my knowledge, and my loyalty to leadership.
Ultimately, it became a life lesson—reminding me to be more intentional about where I give my energy and to choose spaces that value people, not just productivity.
Your openness and genuine spirit are always felt—it truly resonates. ✨
Period! Kuddos to you Monroe for putting yourself first. They always say "You never miss a good thang til it's gone". I can imagine they realized that after the fact. Everything happens for a reason and God has Blessed you abundantly.
I was just let go Dec 18th from a job I was at five years to be told the same thing my notes I served as a drug and alcohol counselor for them and I only on a average had 2 hours a day to do the notes of many clients specifically assigned to me and do duties of my job I swear we walked the same path one raise then told my work wasn't satisfactory but God is good not only did I get another job picking up money but it I got it within 3 weeks! I'm greatfull and blessed so my former employer firing me was a blessing and giving me a new challenge in 2026 in a new facility and the first hired as far as the clinical staff keep your head up ladies it does get better
You trusted yourself and now you get to live in the life you prayed for all those years ago. There is nothing like knowing your worth! Thanks for sharing ❤️
This is a story many of us know well. You persevered in spiteof the hurdles set beforeyou. Oh to see the look on their faces as you strut your self employed, well paid self right into the life you deserve. Bravo Monroe! I just love watching you shine girl!
That’s what’s up. Monroe this is what so many women need to hear. That it’s ok to “change” your mind especially when your first choice doesn’t suit you anymore. This is why I continue to support you as a content creator. This is the content that will literally change lives. You will continue to be blessed for sharing your life stories. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Very well said. Unfortunately, some of us learn the hard way and burnout and poor mental health are the results. Thank you for giving a voice to the voiceless
